Who we are
OCX Solutions (operating as OCX Web Solutions) is a small software studio in Edmonton, Canada. This policy explains what we collect when you use ocxsolutions.com, request a quote, or email us. Questions: clem@ocxsolutions.com.
Information you send
If you use the quote form, we collect the details you enter: name, email, and optional phone, company, current website, the solutions or support plan you pick, timeline, budget, and a description of the work. We use this only to evaluate the request and reply. Email sent to clem@ocxsolutions.com is used the same way.
How the quote form is delivered
Quote submissions are emailed through Resend, a third-party email provider, so we can receive and reply to your request. Resend processes that message on our behalf. We do not sell quote data.
Analytics
On the public site we load Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics, to understand how people find the site and which pages they view. After the first load, client-side navigation also sends a page-view event through Tag Manager. These tools may collect device, browser, and approximate location data.
Cookies and similar technology
OCX Solutions pages do not set a first-party account or session cookie for visitors. Measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may set their own cookies or use local storage. The site theme preference is stored in localStorage on your device. Font files may be requested from a font host so the layout can load type.
How long we keep it
Quote emails are kept as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete your quote details by emailing clem@ocxsolutions.com.
Your rights
If you are in Canada you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. We handle those requests at the email above.
